1. How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?

The order will be prepared in approximately 1 business day, after which it will be handed over to the courier for delivery. Delivery takes on average 24 hours for deliveries within Romania and 5-7 business days for deliveries to other EU countries.

2. How can I make a return?

3. How should artificial flowers be maintained?

Artificial flowers and plants are primarily used indoors. They are made from various materials such as silk, polyester, cotton, and plastic.
For maintenance, we recommend gently wiping them with a damp cloth or simply shaking off the dust.
Flowers should be kept away from open flames and direct sunlight, in a dry place without humidity.
If exposed to sunlight for long periods, the flowers may discolor and lose their original features.
After using them for a period, you can replace the products with new ones, and store them in the box you received them in, in a dry place at room temperature.

4. Do I need an arrangement for an event or for decorating an office or home? How do I proceed?
