According to the current legislation (OUG 34/2014), Wellory.ro offers you the right to return physical products and receive a refund for online products within a maximum of 14 calendar days, without giving any explanation.

Important: All costs associated with the return will be borne by you, and the refund of the product(s) value will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

General conditions for returning products sold by Wellory.ro:

• The products must be returned via courier, through any courier company of your choice, and the associated costs will be borne by you.
• The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect condition.
• Products showing signs of wear or excessive use, damage, missing components, degraded products, etc., will not be accepted.
• If you have purchased multiple identical products and want to return them all, ensure that only one has been unsealed. Returns of the other products will be accepted only if they are sealed.
• Along with the product, all accompanying documents should be returned as they were sent by Mihet Daniela Persoana Fizica Autorizata.

Consequences of returning / refund request:

• If you choose to return the physical products, we will refund any amount we received from you no later than 14 days from the date we received the return request.

Please note that we reserve the right to postpone the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof that you have sent the items being returned.

If you provided us with a bank account, we will make the refund using that bank account or the bank account used to purchase the product.

If you wish to return a physical product, it is necessary that within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, you inform us of your decision to return the product, using an unequivocal statement, by email at customer@wellory.ro or by completing the form below.

In any case, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the return request. Please send the product(s) to the address: Str. Valea Chintaului nr. 79 FN, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, mandatory accompanied by the corresponding commercial invoice, without unjustified delays and within a maximum of 14 days from the date you communicated the return request.
